Teacher Implications

  • Individuals (and staff as a whole) come together to form resources and expectations of students.
Teachers come together to form resources and expectations of students. As students begin to accept and adapt to these new structures teachers begin to form new expectations and new resources.

  • These rules are modified regularly to best fit the group and external factors.
  • Example: Bullying in the classroom, rules and structures need to be modified to respond to challenges.
