A sand storm could blow in randomly at any point causing the road runner to speed off while wile E.,has to stay. That sand could get in his eyes and he could stumble around into a cactus or off a cliff and die. The same thing could happen to any other animals in the area affected by the storm and potentially harm them.

QUESTION 5
In this particular situation I don't think that any coyote could adapt to a sand storm accept for maybe digging a hole under ground each time they saw one coming or just completely changing their look and making some kind of miracle adaption like being able to transform and roll up into a ball with extra layers of dense fur to protect them from the sand and wind. But that's just what I think.
