• Most popular team sport in the world
• It is called Futball in other parts of the world
• A game where two teams compete with each other to score

GAME PLAY

• Players cannot use their hands during gameplay
• Players dribble or pass the ball to advance up the field
• Only goalkeepers may use their hands
• All you need is at least two people and a soccer ball!

• Improves teamwork
• Great way to make new friends
• Teaches commitment
• Improves sportsmanship

• Builds strength, coordination and endurance
• Increases confidence and self esteem
• Promotes cardiovascular health due to running/sprinting
