Nationally, Minnesota ranks 3rd in soybean and corn production.

It takes 2,400 gallons of water to produce one pound of meat.

Raising animals for food takes up half of all water used in the U.S.

About 260 million acres of U.S. forest have been cleared in order to create cropland to produce feed for animals raised for food.

Pigs are the 4th most intelligent animal.

Approximately 60% of the farmers at 55 or older.

More than 100 agriculture crops in the U.S. are pollinated by bees.
