THE CAUSES OF AIDS

  • Aids is spread multiple ways
  • A first way is by sexual contact
  • Aids is also spread through blood transfusions
  • Aids can also be spread gentically

THE CELL

  • HIV cells look like a sphere
  • It has multiple small tube-like parts sticking out
  • Is a virus, so it is small and does not have a known nucleus.
  • No known cure for HIVs/AIDs
  • Is widespread throughout the world

IMPACT

  • AIDs has impacted the whole earth as a Pandemic, proven-fatal disease.
  • Has been a large part of many population drops in many countries
  • Mostly concentrated in Africa,
  • HIVs/AIDs is very common, not treatable.
  • Stays with you through out your whole life.

SYMPTOMS

  • Comparable to the flu
  • Often described as "The worst kind of flu"
  • Headaches, Stomach aches, coughing, blurred vision, etc..
  • Treatable and can be weakened, but not fixed.

CONCLUSION

  • AIDs continues to be a very scary disease
  • Can be prevented by having protection during sex,
  • Not allowing open wounds to be exposed,
  • Not reproducing if you have this disease.
  • Is world-wide, and research continues to find a cure for this disease.
