SHOES FOR MEN IN 1840:
Blacksmiths made shoes, with a metal tool.
The men and boys' sometimes wore boots.
The shoes they wore had nails that weren't that big.
5.
OPINION..............
I think the most important clothing they wore was hats in the 1800's.
I think that because if they didn't wear hats they would have sunburn and they didn't worry about tan back in the 1800's
6.
PANTS 1800:
Boys wore pants made out of wool, buckskin, and deer skin.
Pants were important back then because then there legs would be burnt.
7.
THIS IS BUCKSKIN.......
An image of some buckskin and some deerskin.
Deerskin is skin and fur of a deer.
They would see deer then cut there fur with shears then they would cut open the skin of the deer.
8.
MORE FACTS........
Most of the shoes they were the color brown.
