Right to complain to the government to change the laws

Right to peacefully meet in groups.

Government cannot force you out of your house

Government cannot search your private things without a good reason

You cannot be tried twice for the same crime

Crime must be proven to jury not judge

Where government is not involved you are promised a jury trial

punishment can not be cruel and unusual

Constitution guarentees rights does not grant them.

Any power not specifically given to the federal government goes to the states people
