Changes the dates of congressional and presidential terms

Repeals Prohibition (18th amendment)

Limits the President to 2 terms

Gives residents of Washington D.C. the right to vote

Abolishes poll taxes

Establishes procedure for succession to the presidency

Sets voting age at 18 years

Delays congressional pay raises until the term following the passage
