11th Amendment
- Citizens could not sue the state in Federal court.

12th Amendment
Electors cast two votes for president and vice president on separate ballots.
14th amendment
- All born or naturalized in the U.S. have equal protection.
15th Amendment
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
16th Amendment(collect tax)
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
17th Amendment
Citizens elect 2 Senators from each state.
19th Amendment
Prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the United States on the basis of sex
20 amendment
- Changes when a President begins their new term March 4th to January 20th in order to reduce the "Lame Duck" time
21st Amendment
Repealed the 18th amendment. The drinking age was raised from 18 to 21.

D.C. is not a state and its residents were not allowed to vote for President as well as elected voting representative to Congress.
