- Amenhotep ruled from 1370 B.C.E To 1360B.C.E.
- He was called Amenhotep the 5th
- Amenhotep was supported by his wife the whole way
- He didn't like the religion of the deitites
- Amenhotep beleived that the priests had to much power

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Amenhotep changed the capital to Ahketaton
- Ahketaton was located north of Thebes it means "The spirit of Aton"
- Amenhotep changed the religion
- He changed it to The religion of Aton- the sun g-d, Re
- Amenhotep wanted Re to be the only g-d
BENIFIT OR HARM
- Amenhotep harmed Egypt
- All the things that he changed the Egyptians didn't like
- Amenhotep didn't have any support
- Amenhotep was so worried about changing that:
- He forgot about trade and land
