Accomplishments

• Found a new religion and removed priests from power
• neglecting duties as a pharaoh
• lost majority of the western empire to invaders
• the capitals moved to a new city north of Thebes called Akenaton

Amenhotep harmed Egypt by firing all the priests for not agreeing with him, many people didn't support him, and he lost majority of the land he was a weak leader.
