Has lungs to breathe on land
Has hind and fore legs to jump and move around on land

Bright skin color helps them trick prey into thinking their poisonous
Some have fluids in their skin that ooze out poison or foul-tasting fluids when they are attacked

Their eyes can see on land
Small circles covered with membrane behind the eyes is how amphibians hear
Use their smells to mark their territory

Through their skin in water and lungs on land

Ventricle: pumping chamber; muscular
Atria: recieving chamber; relatively non-muscular

Kidneys filter waste out of blood
Urine travel tubes are called ureters
Next urine travels to cloaca

HABITAT DESCRIPTION AND REASON
Although frogs live on land their habitat must be near swamps, ponds or in a damp place.
This is because they will die if their skin dries out

Kidney: blood-purifying organ
Small intestine: part of the digestive tract between the stomach and the large intestine.
Large intestine: part of the digestive tract between the small intestine and the cloaca
Cloaca: orifice shared by the urinary, genital and intestinal tracts of a frog
