  • means "both lives" in Greek.

The 3 phylums

  • Anura
  • Apoda
  • Urodela

ANURA

  • They include frogs and salamanders.
  • Also called Salienta
  • They eat flies and other small animals

APODA

  • This includes subtropics and tropics
  • They look like gigantic earthworms

URODELA

  • Also called caudata
  • Includes Newts and Salamanders
  • Sometimes can adulthood without metamorphis.
