She was from the U.S.A.
where she had her first public recital at Boston Music Hall.

She was performed during the romantic era. She worked at the same time Chopin, Beethoven, and Handel were doing music.

She started by composing simple melodies at the age of 4, playing actual pieces and taking lessons at 6, and she also went to private school a couple years later.

  • After her husbands death she went to Europe and came back at the beginning of World War 1.
