Baby Tradition:
A week after the child is born, a party is thrown for the newborn baby. The party is known as seboa. The purpose of the gathering is to welcome the child into the world and is also known as a celebration of life for both the child and the mother. It's a baby shower, but the celebration was more of a family tradition to welcome a new family member into the world.
