VILLAIN
Even though Jackson did many good things, he did terrible things that made him look evil. In 1833 , the Indian Removal Act was passed. This law kicked the Cherokee tribe and many other tribes off of their land. When the tribes were kicked off they were moved on gross land in Oklahoma. On their way there, many deaths, illness, starvation, and despair occurred. The journey they took is now called The Trail of Tears. Now people were looking down on him. Some people still thought he was helping the Country , but really he was doing a horrible thing.
