When Tatiana(a Siberian tiger) arrived at the San Francisco Zoo, she showed no aggression towards humans

Her first attack was on December 22, 2006. She had attacked zoo keeper, Lori Komejan. She suffered a severe injury to her arm.

Her second attack was on December 25, 2007 she escaped from her cage. And killed Carlos Sousa Jr. The San Francisco police shot and killed her on sight.

Since then, The question stays, Should animals be held captive?

Animals in zoos have less space then in their natural habitat.

Over time, animals have adapted to their habitats

We keep animals in the zoo to see exotic animal life, where we wouldn't see otherwise

Will animals still be kept in captive? Only time will tell.
