How does BidPrime help my business?

1. What is the scope of coverage which BidPrime provides?

2. How is BidPrime's client support?

You are assigned a dedicated client support manager at our Austin, Texas office. They know you, understand your business, and will help you manage your account(s). You can reach us by phone, email, or online chat. Contact us in the manner most convenient for you.

3. What if I need documents for a particular bid request?

We already provide the documents, etc., if they're included with the bid request. However, if for some reason the bid documents aren't attached, we quickly provide them to you as part of our service. No extra costs, no hunting, no hassle. Simply let us know you need them!

4. What if our company has multiple users handling different things?

Understanding businesses sometimes divide responsibilities between employees, you can customize user accounts. Add new users to receive email alerts. Filter each user’s regions/states, bid categories,
and search alerts. Set email notification schedules for each user. We provide ongoing support for any account changes.
