5 Reasons Why Teens Should Not Use Drugs 

1. Teens use drugs to fit in. They are sometimes peer pressured into doing it. Teens should not do drugs because many kids use drugs to solve a problem. However, when teens use drugs, it just makes them worse physically and emotionally.

2. Teens use drugs as an escape. They take drugs and drive while under the influence. This can result in an accident. When you take drugs, you do not see the world clearly, which increases the chances of an accident.

3. The third reason teens do drugs is because of loneliness. When you are lonely, you do not think clearly, which means you can overdose. When you overdose, the results can harm you greatly or even kill you.

4. The fourth reason that teens do drugs is because they are curious. But, teens can go to jail for doing illegal drugs. They need to be aware of the consequences before trying it out. Therefore, they should just never get involved.

5. The last reason teens use drugs is instant gratification. It has a short burst of happiness. However, many drugs can be qualified as poisonous. This means that the more a teen uses a drug, the weaker their immune system becomes. This results in the person getting sick more often.
