PRESENTATION OUTLINE
DAY 1
- I have spent all day on an airplane. With three stops in between. ( $588 for plane ticket) #neckcramps
- Breakfast: @ Tortas Frontera in Chicago airport ($5.00 tortilla soup)
- Lunch:@ Casa Avail in Mexico airport ($27.7)
- Dinner: @epicure in Guatemala City Airport ($11.11 bacon cheese burger)
- Then i payed for transportation to my hotel ($15.00)
DAY2
- Today I got my retail car but turns out I wont need it today because everything was in walking from the uxlabil hotel. ($248.22)
- I went and saw the church and convent of capuchins. Pretty interesting place.
- Took 5 years until building was completely finished.
- Its also a fine example of 18th- century convent.
DAY2
- Breakfast: hotels breakfast (free)
- Lunch: the lunch time special @rainbow café ($4.67)
- Dinner: @saberico to have queso feta Y hierbas ($6.02)
DAY 3
- I actually used my car to day to go to the la aurora zoo. It was a hour drive and $11.37 entrance fee
- The aurora zoo is one of the best zoos in central america
- The zoo was founded in 1924 in southern parts of the city
- The zoo was great, time for the las vibras de la casbon. (The club)

DAY 3
- Breakfast: hotel
- Lunch: @bistrot 5 cinq to have a caesar salad with chicken $11.37
- Dinner: nachos @ the las vibras de la casbon $6.02
DAY4
- Another walking day. I walked to the Antigua Guatemala cathedral which was just 9 minutes away.
- From there i decide to go have a burrito @ Por QUe No? $6.02
- Then i was like why not walk to the fuente de las sirenas to take many selfies.
- Interesting fact: Then walk for dinner @ casa escobar steak house to have guacamole frijol y queso de capes
- Interesting fact #2:The structure on the fuente de las sirenas came from Santigago De Guatemala through baroque books and stamps from the renaissance
- Interesting fact #3 The cathedral was built in 151 but was damaged do to an earthquake and redone by the year 1680
DAY 5
- I ran to the catch the city tour bus cost me $60.00. Went for lunch @ Angeline after that I walked to the Antigua Guatemala Patrimonio UNESCO.
- Guatemala was founded in 1524 as Santigao De Guatemala.
- Interesting fact:Then was sadly destroyed by a fire caused by an uprising of indigenous poplution.
DAY 5
- Breakfast:hotel
- Lunch: @Angeline I ate frog leg $10.04
- Dinner: @panza verde to have an organic green salad with chicken $9.37
DAY 6
- Woke up really early to drive 9 hours to the Tikal National Park which cost $20 to enter.
- Long drive so I went and got lunch from Comedor to eat on the way
- Then i go in eat @ Ratatouille not to far from the park then back home

- I had another walking day ....so much for my rental car.
- I walked to the la Antigua galleria de Arte
