he wanted his son to play just like him. His dad also gave him his education . His dad was his influence.

FACTS

• He became an ordained priest in 1703
• He worked many years at a girl’s school
• He made a lot of money but he died poor
• Bach was a great fan of him
• He was a very good violin player.

He composed over 500 different concertos and the era he composed in was baroque. They mostly wrote for violins.

Franz Joseph Hayden was influenced by Antonio Vivaldi and he was a choir boy who sung at Vivaldi’s funeral.

Antonio Vivaldi sold some of his music pieces so he could get some more money when he didn’t have a lot and some of them still haven’t been found.

He quit being a priest and stopped working at a girls school because of health issues.
