CHILDHOOD AND FAMILY

Vivaldi and His Struggles:
Vivaldi suffered from a condition called ‘ strettezza di petto’. It’s a condition where your throat tightens. This struggle caused Vivaldi to struggle being a priest, and causing him to rarely do mass.

  • The Four Seasons is a piece that is combined with multiple parts. There are four parts, spring, fall, summer, and winter. That is not in order according to the music.
  • In each piece Vivaldi tried to demonstrate what he thought of the four seasons by music.
  • This piece is very famous, and many people know of it.
