Positive Psychology Questionnaire Assessment

The results were very ambiguous and could fit into anyone's life. In order to get accurate results, the best possible way would be to talk to a psychologist or a therapist regarding such things.

Most of the questionnaires were short and consisted of very vague questions. This creates a sense of doubt that the results are inaccurate.

The questions should be edited to be more personalized than generalized. Then, the person taking it would be forced to truly and honestly view their life.

There is a bias that is within the questionnaires. The questions assume that you have something lacking and mostly ask to look at displeasing moments. Leading one to answer as such. This can be counted as a self-fulfilling prophecy.
