STARFISH
Many of the starfish in the world inhabit the cold sea floor
They are most famous for regenerating their limbs or their whole body
They are one of the most unique aquatic creatures that inhabit the sea

HOW THEY ADAPT
The starfish adapts in a very unique way.
In the middle of their bodies they have an orange dot
This dot is a sensor that detects some type of light.
When they find some type of light, they use the little suction cups on their limbs and attach to a solid object

After they attach to a solid object, they continue to repeat this process wherever they go
They don't always attach to the ground, they can attach to rocks and other objects

FACTS YOU DIDNT KNOW
Starfish have no brains and no blood
That is why they have that special sensor in their body
Their blood is actually filtered sea water
And finally their nervous system is spread throughout their arms
