• The muslims were one of the first countries to emphasize on personal hygiene
• They used it at that time to have a clean healthy mouth
• We use it today to have a clean healthy mouth and to have white teeth
• Invented in the 1770's

ALGEBRA

• The muslims invented algebra so the engineers in the arabs knew how to find measurements so they thought of algebra to help them
• We use it today to teach students so they know how to solve problems and have a career that involves math
• Between 300 and 600 BC

MARCHING BANDS

The arabs came up witdsmarching bands to celebrate and play when the army retreated or the battle was over Marching bands are played at halftime of sporting events, in parades and school concerts today. It was invented in 1900's

Magnifying glass/glasses

• Not only did they invent mathematics they came up with optics, the inventor came up with reflecting sight rays to show that the eye does not affect it at all they used it back than to look at stuff closer and see farther
• We use them today to see farther and much more clear!

COFFEE

• Coffee is one of the best known inventions in muslim history. It is now used everywhere in the world. The muslims used it to drink in the morning and for energy
• Most everybody drinks coffee these days it is used to keep people awake and energized! Coffee was invented in the 16th century

HOSPITAL

• The muslims were the first to invent a hospital it was used to heal people and thats what the hospital is used for today.
• The hospital was invented in 1719

SURGICAL INNOVATIONS

The Andalusian-born doctor Albucasis he invented treating diseases for the uretha, esophagus, and was the first person to describe an ectopic pregnancy. The muslims used surgery to heal and fix them if they were to break a bone This is used today to give birth to babies and cure diseases

The windmill!

Back than they used it to collect energy fir their communities. Now the windmill is used to create energy for rural communities who collect that energy and give it to the bug cities who need it. And thats how we use it today!
