  • Seals are divided into two families, one with ears, and one without ears.
  • Seals spend most of their lives in the water, but they do mate and raise their pups on land
  • Some seals migrate HUNDREDS OF MILES in search of food.
  • Seals use clicks and trilling to communicate.
  • Male seals are called bulls.
  • Female seals are called cows.
  • Baby seals are called pups.
  • seals can stay underwater for up to TWO HOURS!
