THE PH METER IS A SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENT THAT MEASURES THE HYDROGEN-ION IN A CONCENTRATION OR SOLUTION

what is physical chemistry?
the branch of chemistry concerned with the application of the techniques and theories of physics to the study of chemical systems.
What is the beckman institute?
The Beckman Institute of advanced science and technology is a unit at the University of Illinois.
It was opened in 1989 and is dedicated to interdisciplinary research.
