SHAPE

PATTERN

  • Elements in repetition
  • This is a pattern because it is two colors repeating
  • This picture doesn't have a lot of value

UNITY

  • Well designed art created by an artist
  • These are a bunch of mushrooms with untiy in them
  • This picture has a lot of color in it

BALANCE

  • Visual weight of a piece in a piece of art
  • This picture is balance because if you cut the window in half, both sides would be the same.
  • This picture doesn't have a lot of value

TEXTURE

  • The feel of something
  • These bricks have a bumpy feel
  • The shape of this image is a rectangle

REPETITION

  • Pattern of repeating
  • The shape of this is a diamond
  • The pattern in this a diamond repeating

SPACE

  • A Space of a 3d volume
  • This is a 3d shape because the shape is 3d

VALUE

  • If a shape is light or dark
