• It talks about how the governmet can choose to protect the states from invasion of other forginers
• Gives the states a right to create their democracy, so as not to be run by rule

The Article affects the U.S. Because it gives the states many rights and freedoms, instead of the states being controlled by one person.

Why was the Article created?

To create equality between each states and their laws. And to give each states their rights and privileges.
