CONT. SECTION TWO

  • All crimes will have a jury except impeachment
  • Said trials will take place in the state in which the crime happened
  • If in multiple states wherever the law says

SECTION THREE

  • The only crime in the constitution is treason
  • Treason can only happen at a time of war
  • Congress can punish treason

Thesis
The constitution may have helped rich white men by making the Supreme Court, and giving congress the power to make lesser courts, but they did help generally by making treason a crime during war.
