- Articles Of Confederation is the first constitution in America. Under this
- Constitution we took minor steps toward being a successful nation. There
- Were some crucial flaws in this though. It had no power of national
- Taxation, no power to control trade, and didn't have an executive. Its
- Biggest weakness was that it couldn't draft soldiers.
ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION
- The congress was made up of delegates chosen by the state and could
- Conduct foreign affairs, make treaties, declare war, maintain a army and
- A navy, have money, and establish post offices. It was hard to make
- Amendments because all 13 colonies had to agree.

- Revolution. In the Treaty Of Paris(1783), Britain gave up the Ohio Country
