• Arrange for your new home insurance to start on Jan 10, 2013
• Don't forget to cancel your tenant insurance at the condo
• But, ensure you have it right to the end of your lease (Jan 31)
• You will need to gather info to get quotes for insurance
• Look at the inspection report and ask Kate

UTILITES

• You will need to call all utilities to set up accounts.
• Gas is Enbridge
• Hydro is Toronto Hydro
• Water/garbage is Revenue services: 416.338.4829
• Ask for meter readings on Jan 10/13

OTHER TO DO'S

• Change your address
• Sign up for Canada post mail forwarding
• Set up cable/Internet install
• Price movers or book a uhaul.
