FOUNDED IN 1864, IT'S THE ONLY DEAF UNIVERSITY. LOCATED IN WASHINGTON D.C.

HELEN KELLER

THE FIRST DEAF&BLIND PERSON TO EARN A BACHELOR OF ARTS DEGREE IN 1904.

ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL

INVENTED DEAF TELECOMMUNICATIONS DEAF FAMILY INFLUENCED HIM IN 1936.
