Why Sunday?
Constantine changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday to commemorate the day of Jesus' resurrection.

Different Religions celebrate the Sabbath on different days. Christians celebrate it on Sundays while Jews celebrate it on Saturday.

Jesus calls on us every Sunday to step away from our hectic lives and pray. Sundays are a time to get away, honor God, and spend time with family and friends.

Is school work disrespectful to the Sabbath Day?
Yes, we should be praying and spending time with family instead of being weighed down with tons of homework.
