• No one Knows who he really is
• What he thinks
• Or how he feels

HOPE

• The shaper is linked to Nietzsche idea of truth & power
• His power that he puts his will into is hope.
• He creates stories & makes up his own thoughts about history,
• Inspiring people to continue living.
• His death in this chapter marks the end of one truth to be replaced by another in a changing world.
