• Won Nobel prize in chemistry 1908
• Discovery of Rutherford dispersion.
• named two types of radiation "alpha" "beta"
• element Rutherfordium named after him.

NEILS BOHR

• He earned to Nobel prize in Physics in 1922 the atomic structure and quantum.
• He was born on October 7, 1885 -November 18th 1962
• element Bohrium named after him
• founded the I T P 1921.

IRENE CURIE

• Born on September 12th 1897 and died March 17th 1956
• She received the Nobel prize in chemistry in 1935
• In 1934 she and her husband discovered artificial radioactivity.

ROBERT MILKAN

• Was born on March 22nd 1868
• He discovered the charge of an electron using the in 1910
• The discovery of his law of motion . led to cosmic radiation
