The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. The Japanese caught the U.S. Americans by surprise, because of them thinking the airplanes coming in were friendlies. But they were wrong and got attacked by Japan. The next day FDR declared war on Japan.

Why: For Natural Resources. (Oil and Rubber).
How: By breaking the trade for materials to and from Japan, by the U.S.

Injured and Killed at Pearl Harbor
More than 2,000 American/Navy Sailors died in the attack. 1,000 injured. (There was no number of Japanese) But some died being shot down.

Weapons Used:
Torpedoes, Bombs, Type 98 land bomb, Type 91, Model 12 Torpedo, and Type 99 Anti-Ship Bomb

How would the attack on Pearl Harbor would be different?
U.S. would of won if they didn't think it was friendlies on those airplanes. Japan and U.S. would fought in a war and U.S. would get their allies and fight for freedom.
