Throughout this project I'm going to point out to you all of atticus' characteristics I've pointed out and back them up with quotes.

I HAVE CREATED A PIE CHART SHOWING ALL OF ATTICUS' CHARACTERISTICS IN ORDER OF MOST USED SO FAR IN THE BOOK (IN MY OPINION)
Honest!!!
We can see in the book that ATTICUS is a very honest man towards every one especially his two kids Jem and Scout.
"Scout: are we poor?
ATTICUS: yes
Scout: are we poor
Atticus: we are indeed
Scout: are we as poor as the cunninghams
Atticus: no not exactly, the cunninghams are country folk, farmers the crash hit'em the worst."
Mature!!!
We can see ATTICUS is mature in this book by the way he can keep cool under some circumstances.
For example when scout was giving out to Walter Cunningham for pouring syrup all over his food, Atticus just calmly shook his head and hinting to scout that she should stop.
Wise!!!
You can see Atticus is wise by the way he gives wise advice and tips to his children especially Scout.
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... Until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

Talented!!!
We see Atticus is talented in this book when Tim Johnson the mad dog appears and Atticus shoots him with one shot. It is also mentioned in this book that Atticus was the best shot in Maycomb County.
