Augmented Reality
Aurasma is software that allows people to create and share augmented reality experiences. All you have to do is scan images in the physical environment to trigger a separate image or video to play on the screen.

Aura=

Trigger Image=
The image that the camera will use to activate the content.

Overlay=
Content (image or video) that will come on the screen above the trigger image....

Step 1: Choose an overlay

Choose either from library or upload your own photos and videos.

Step 2: Capture Trigger image

Choose a trigger image by taking a picture using the camera. The bar at the bottom should be green to choose a good trigger image.

Step 3: Position the overlay

Change the position of and size of the overlay. You can rotate it, move it, and even make it smaller or larger.

Name the Aura. Be sure to make it Public and add it to the channel 7th Grade ELAR.

Step 4: Scan to test

Make sure the aura works properly
Check to be sure the aura works. If you have any problems, ask your teacher.
