  • Australia has a Constitutional Monarchy
  • Small islands have presidential representative democratic system
  • Another is parliamentary representative democratic monarchy

Religions

  • The major religion of Austrailia is Christian while some are Eastern Orthodox
  • The major religion of Oceania is Christianity while some people are animist

Urban/Rural

  • 70% of the population of Australia and Oceania live in urban environments
  • Some homes in Australia/Oceania can be really nice, yet some are straw huts

Family Relationships

  • There are an average of 2.6 people per household in Australia
  • This is a big decline from 4.5 in 1911

Social Structure

  • The social groups in Australia are Aboriginals and Europeans.
  • The wealth is spread it in Australia

Fashion, Literature, Art, and Music

  • Most of the music in Australia is the same as our in the U.S
  • For example they enjoy listening to One Direction and Kelly Clakrson
