THERE START

  • The Aztec civilization started in the 1440'S.
  • They lived in Mexico and Central America

THEIR MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • They made floating gardens
  • The floating gardens were good so other tribes couldn't steal their crops
  • They made their own language and symbols
  • The language and symbols were good so other tribes couldn't understand what they were doing

AZTEC RELIGION

  • They did ritual sacrifices and they beloved that it would please their God
  • They gave the blood from the sacrifice to the God to drink

  • They eat corn on the cob and pozole(which is a soup)

  • They have a game where you have to throw a ball through a hole on the other side of the court

  • They were concord in 1521 by the spaniards
  • They lost all their population by disease and hungar

Aztec and Mayan differences

  • Aztec eat corn of the cob, Mayans eat chocolate, and avocado
  • Aztec started in 1440, and Mayans started over 4000 years ago
  • Aztecs are whipped out and some Mayans are living today

  • Come from Mexico
  • Made their own language
  • Similar clothes

  • We thought the culture was cool but the ritual sacrifices were weird and their clothes are like robes.
