Connection:I was brave like Parvana when I let a boa constrictor wrap around my neck. It was huge and scaly. Me and Parvana were brave in different ways.

Connection: I was optimistic when my friend was having second thoughts about skiing
down a hill so I said "look on the bright side it will be fun!" Me and Mrs Weera are both optimistic.

Nooria is grumpy
Grumpy to be surly ,I'll-humoured and gruff.

Connection: I am grumpy every Monday morning when I have to wake up. I am so used to sleeping in ,it's hard to open my eyes. But after a while I will be awake again. Me and Nooria are both grumpy at times.

Connection: I was very hopeful when our hockey team was tied in the third period and there was little time left ,then we scored .2 seconds left. Me and Shauzia were booth hopeful in different ways.
