Wait a minute let me take you there (ah)
Wait a minute 'til ya (ah)

Song's overall message

That young women realize that have to love themselves, before anyone else can even come in.

Song's message uniqueness

Jessie J song, Bang Bang, somewhat relates to her other songs, because, in her other songs she talks about life, which include: problems, heart-ache, love, having fun and staying true to who you are.

Other's worldview opinion to this song

This song can effect a persons worldview a lot because the songs basically talks about how men want girls for sex and how the girls are willing to give it to them. In the songs chorus it states, bang bang there goes your heart, I know you want to bang backseat of my car (I let you have it). This can allow girls to think that they are really expressing their empowerment as a female because they are giving a guy what he wants which is sex.

Opinion on the worldview presented in this song

I do not agree with the worldview presented in this song because in my opinion I feel that this song talks more about sex instead of telling young women to realize that have to love themselves, before anyone else can come in.

How does this song reflect our culture

Bang reflects our culture a lot because sex is now looked at as a very casual thing.

Effects that this song may have on young girls

This song can affect many girls due to the message of the song which is to help young girls realize that they have to love themselves, before anyone else can even come in. However, with the song stating verses that is the opposite of the message like, "Kitten so good it's dripping on wood get a ride on the engine that could" or "you've got a very big shh" . With lyrics like this it can allow young girls to think that they have give themselves for a boy to like them.

Effect that the song had on me personally

The song did not have much effect on me but it did allow to become more aware to what the song is actually talking before making it my favorite song.

What drew me to like this song

What drew me to like this song was for two main reasons:
1.) The featuring artist, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj
2.) How much it played on the radio

The song says about me, is that I enjoy catchy up beat songs
