CUSTOMER SERVICE

IS KEY
1.Meet them at the door and greet them with a smile mention

2. Listen twice as much as you talk. Don't be so cliche with the conversation many people communicate very few connect.

3. Shave neck & wipe lather with hot towel this is a treat that all men love. Doesn't matter the generation traditionalist, babyboomers, x'rs and millinials can all enjoy this. Make sure to use fresh blade every time

4. Use a massager for a few seconds on neck and shoulders. The vibration will loosen up their shoulders and wallets too (pun intended)

SIMPLY ASK

THE WORST THING THEY CAN SAY IS NO
Ask how they liked their service and which part was their favorite.

At the same time your collecting his money once you punch the keys and registers opens

ask them " do you want change for a tip"

if yes awesome if not thank them anyways and wish them a nice day. Not everyone will say yes but by asking you automatically have a 50/50 chance
