MY IDEAL SWIM (A)

  • Warm-up - 4 laps (100m)
  • Stretch (5 mins)
  • Freestyle (100m)
  • Breaststroke (100m)
  • Freestyle (100m)
  • Backstroke (100m) - Repeat 3-6 3x

MY IDEAL SWIM (B)

  • Warm-up - 4 laps (100m)
  • Stretch (5 mins)
  • Freestyle (400m)
  • Breaststroke (100m)
  • Backstroke (100m)
  • Freestyle (400m)

TIPS AND TRICKS

  • Reach! Long strokes are more effective
  • Kick with the whole leg, not just the bottom half
  • Stretch and cool down every time
  • Swim at off-peak hours to reduce splashes
  • Come prepared with goggles and water bottle
