BEARDED DRAGON

FEEDING

• Put vitamin &calcium dusting or spray on their food
• Feed dead or live crickets while it's a baby
• you can give them any fruits & veggies but no citrus!
• They can be a little picky

CLEANING

• Bathe 2-3 times a week
• Make sure water is 80-90 degrees
• Use a Dixie cup to pour over it
• Don't fill up the water so much that it will get in its ears
• On days you don't bathe, spray with a spritz bottle

HABITAT

• 44-70 gallon aquarium
• Sand at the bottom
• UV lamp and a regular bulb for basking
• Water dish & food dish
• Drift wood & or rock for hiding & climbing

HABITAT CONTINUED

• A thermometer
• Use a strainer to clean out poop.
• Every few months do a major clean out and bleach the tank

HOW TO SAVE $

• Buy a tank on CL or eBay
• Buy sand & lights at hard ware stores.
• Use rocks from outside but bleach before putting to use
• Go on amazon for everything else, it's cheaper!
• A bearded dragon could cost up to $500, unless you use these tips!
