BEHAVIOR PROJECT

Behaviors are important because it determines the animals temper, aggression, etc.

Innate behavior- also called an instinct. They appear fully functional the first time they are perform, even though the animal may have no previous experience with the stimulus to which it responds.
Ex. Suckling, spider spinning a web

Learning behaviors - altering the animals as a result of experience also called acquired behaviors.
