REASONS FOR CHOOSING THIS THEME

REASONS

• It affects the student's feeling.
• Because IT HAPPENS.
• It's a new way of bullying.
• Students get depressed.
• It affects students grades.

1- CONFERENCE

RULES

• Have at least 2 teachers
• No screaming
• Do not bother anyone
• Listen to the people talking

DEVELOPMENT

• Explain everyone the problem.
• Vote,to know who wants to do something about it, and who doesn't

2-ORGANIZATION

WHEN THE CONFERECE ENDS...

• Nine person would be chosen. 2 from each junior high grades and 1 person from high school.
• Those 9 persons ( students ) are going to be the ones that present the problem & it's solution to the principal.

3-OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE

Talk whit the teachers in front of principal; & let them know that the students are with not comfortable whit the way it's some teachers treat them.

Theoretical reference

In a very prestigious school (college) at the United States, an interview was realized using this question:

"Do you think most students in your high school would agree on which teachers bullied students?"

who said yes were asked about gender differences among teachers who bullied students.

Project Objectives & Outcomes

OBJECTIVES

• Students would be comfortable & happy.
• There will not be any kind of bullying at school.
• The teachers would listen to the students opinions.
• The students may have better grades.
• Students would be more obedient.

OUTCOMES

• The teacher would be able to give a better class.
• The students would get better grades.
• The bullying will reduce at school.
• - The classroom would be a comfortable place.

PERSONAL REFLECTION ON & EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT .

Student's point of view

My point of view is that the teacher should be fair to everyone, he/she should not judge because it makes me & other people feel bad & depressed. It is actually frustrating to me, because it is a problem I can't manage by myself. I wish there was a solution for it, without having to affect my grades

Teacher's point of view

The abuse of authority or bullying from the teacher is a unnecessary & incorrect practice that consist on someone that bothers people to make them feel bad; this produces conflicts between kids & teenagers.
