Many flight school didn't accept Bessie to attend. Bessie wanted to achieve her dream,

She had to work extra hard to earn to money to achieve her goal. Bessie learned to speak French and went to Paris to achieve her goal

Bessie came back to the US with a pilot license.

Bessie the first colored females to hold an international pilot license.

Bessie was flying her plane with Wills. They were flying 1,000 feet, the plane dived, and flipped over, throwing Bessie out. Moments later Wills crashed. Both were killed.

More than 10,000 people came to Bessie’s funeral.Died April 30, 1926 (aged 34) Jacksonville,Florida, U.S. The plane wrench got loose making the plane go upside down, then crash.
