  • The males set up their territories around rocks and plants for protection.
  • Beta fish fight for protection of their territory.
  • They fight until the opponent gets injured or backs out.
  • Male Beta fish are more aggressive than females.
  • Males fight for dominance and the chance to spread their genes.

Conclusion

  • My hypothesis was right because they protect
  • their territories so they can protect themselves.
